Cornelius & the Sneak Goose Attack: Baybridge Body Switchers

About

Cornelius was promised the trip of a lifetime—Canada, family, adventures and maybe even bear attacks! What he gets instead is a vacation gone hilariously off the rails.

But trying to fix a friendship that’s suddenly gone weird, getting a yucky taste out of his mouth and staying with a ‘loser relative’? That’s the easy part. Dodging the insults of a cranky great-aunt who insists on calling him Butterball (or Blimp) is another story. Cornelius can’t catch a break.

Some people say that travel brings out the best in people, but they are way off the mark. Travel certainly doesn’t bring out the best in his dad, especially when Cornelius uncovers one of his dad’s darkest secrets.

But none of that compares to the terror that awaits him-because this is the holiday that will haunt Cornelius forever. And if you think car trips are scary, just wait until what you see (and smell) what’s lurking for him and his folks on the family farm.

What’s worse than Canadian sports? Answer: Canada Geese.

Praise for this book

Cornelius and the Sneak Goose Attack is a charming children's' book that I picked up initially for the cover, but undoubtedly stayed for the story… it delivers on its promise of a comedic tale for children and adults alike.

I enjoyed the adventure mixed with comedy and the ups and downs of Cornelius' vacation.

Cornelius lived up to his regal, intelligent name - he was adventurous and curious and overall your average growing boy who was fed a vacation to remember. His family was fun and I loved his great-aunt! She was a snarky, wise-cracking woman that I wish was in my family!

I enjoyed this story! It's something I can see myself giving my younger cousins to read!
